TCFV is a coalition and membership organization serving domestic violence shelters and centers throughout Texas. We support service providers, work for better laws to protect and help survivors, and lead the way for prevention education programs and batterer accountability. Service-minded and mission-driven, employees at TCFV envision a community in which everyone lives free from violence. As one of the largest family violence coalitions in the country, our staff is proud of the work we do.

Our Culture

TCFV is a collegial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Depending on your role, you may travel extensively or stay in the office to support ongoing projects and operation needs. Staff stay connected by sharing their successes at regular coalition meetings. You can also join the weekly lunch group and share a (mostly!) healthy meal while catching up with your coworkers. Staff routinely inform TCFV’s culture – from writing the Employee Handbook to planning our new workspace at 360 and Bee Caves Road (scheduled to move in March 2016).
