The Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence is a statewide membership organization, based in Boise, Idaho, committed to engaging voices to create change in the prevention, intervention, and response to domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual assault.  We are hiring for the position of Program Director or Senior Program Manager. Program Director or Senior Program Manager for the Center for Healthy Teen Relationships, a national technical assistance program focusing on the primary prevention of adolescent dating abuse and sexual violence. The Center for Healthy Teen Relationships engages youth and adult influencers and promotes healthy teen relationships as a way to reduce adolescent dating abuse and sexual violence; and creates social policy change in the prevention, intervention, and response to adolescent dating abuse and sexual assault.

Program Director or Senior Program Manager will engage, plan, direct, and coordinate funded programs to build the capacity of rural service providers and urban and rural school districts, and allies who are receiving grant awards from the DOJ Office on Violence Against Women to prevent, intervene, and respond to adolescent dating abuse and sexual violence.  Seeking individual with excellent transformative and critical thought competence, capacity for and awareness of the space to take risks and develop innovative solutions. Extraordinary leadership and interpersonal skills, speaking and ability to work effectively with national organizations and facilitate national advisory committee. Emphasis is also placed on writing, generating and/or reviewing documents, and completion of reports. Some travel required. Excellent salary and benefit package, and flexibility. The Idaho Coalition will also provide a stipend for moving costs if applicable.

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in education, public health, or related field. Masters or PhD in public health, education, women’s studies, or related prevention field preferred. Experience in primary prevention strongly encouraged. Program Director – minimum ten years of experience working in public health prevention, education, or related field and adolescent dating abuse prevention or response. Senior Program Manager – minimum ten years of experience working in public health prevention, education or adolescent dating abuse, domestic violence, stalking or sexual violence.
