Women’s Protective Services of Lubbock, Inc. is seeking a top leader in the field of non-profit management. WPS is an agency with a mission of supporting abused women and families in Lubbock and the South Plains. The Executive Director is responsible for operations, fundraising and grant writing and works closely with the Board of Directors to set the strategy and vision of the organization. Pay range is commensurate with education and experience. Bachelor or Masters degree in business or related fields with demonstrated progressive experience in fundraising, management and community relations is preferred; however, exceptional experience will be considered; prior non-profit experience preferred.
