Texas State Plan
The 2002 TCFV State Plan, Access to Safety, Justice, and Opportunity, provides an overview of the many accomplishments of approximately 25 years of working to end domestic violence in Texas. Additionally, it provides insight on new paths that will help us ensure safety for even more survivors & engage even more people in ending domestic violence.
