Job Duties:               The Director of Non-Residential Services is responsible for providing and supervising all non-residential client services of the agency.  Services include an adult, child and adolescent victim outreach program with service sites in Mesquite, Dallas and
Garland.  Also included is a battering intervention and prevention program.  In addition, this staff position is responsible for grant writing, managing and goal oversight for multiple government grants.  This position is a part of the
New
Beginning
Center management team, responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the agency.

Qualifications:       Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work with either an LMSW or LPC license.  In addition, the person chosen for this position will need to be certified to provide licensure supervision or  eligible within one year of employment.  Prefer three to five years related experience in the domestic violence field, including grant writing, supervision of clinical and case management services and public/community education.
