Bay Area Turning Point (Webster, TX)

Full-time position with benefits; Salary of $26,000 annually; Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in Social Services; Computer knowledge; Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Record Keeping; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule which requires a response to our immediate service area within 45 minutes; Strong Communication Skills (both oral and written); The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing workload; Must be able to lift/carry/move a minimum of 40 pounds for an extended distance; Employment is contingent upon positive outcomes of a criminal background check and motor vehicle record as described by Bay Area Turning Point Policies; Must be insurable with a clean driving record, valid automobile insurance, and at least 7 years of verifiable driving experience; Bilingual is helpful. 

Bay Area Turning Point job positions are significantly funded by grants.  If funding is lost or realigned in any area of the agency this position could be changed or eliminated.
