Bay Area Turning Point (Webster, TX) Full-time position with benefits; Starting Salary of $26,000 annually; Must have a minimum of a 4-year degree & 2 years of related experience or  6 years of experience in related field; Must have prior experience in Case Management; Must be able to work with both adults and children;Prior Supervisory Experience; Extensive Knowledge in Family Violence & Sexual Assault Issues; Experience in Establishing Program Goals, Objectives & Outcomes; Ability to work at Top Management Level in Challenging Growth & Confronting Issues; Ability to Serve on a rotating On-call Schedule; Ability to work evenings and weekends (as needed) to meet agency and program objectives; Ability to lift/carry/move a minimum of 40 pounds for an extended distance; Employment is contingent upon positive outcomes of a criminal background check and motor vehicle record as described by Bay Area Turning Point Policies; Must be insurable with a clean driving record, valid automobile insurance, and at least 7 years of verifiable driving experience; Outgoing Personality & Excellent People Skills is a Must.  Bi-lingual Spanish/English is helpful. 

Bay Area Turning Point job positions are significantly funded by grants.  If funding is lost or realigned in any area of the agency this position could be changed or eliminated.
